Human complement (Innovative Research, Novi, MI) and NMO-IgG were then added in Hank's buffer, and cells were incubated at 28 C for 2 h. Cytotoxicity was measured by the Alamar Blue assay (Invitrogen). 2.5. NMO-IgG binding.
