Sheep Anti Human Plasminogen Polyclonal Fractionated FITC LabeledISHAHUPLGGFFITC1MG
Sheep Anti Human Plasminogen Polyclonal Fractionated FITC Labeled from Innovative Research is a polyclonal antibody in frozen liquid format, buffered in 0.05M Sodium Phosphate; 0.1M NaCl; 1mM EDTA; pH 6.6, with a concentration of 10mg/ml. This antibody preparation is purified from whole antiserum using protein G affinity chromatography, resulting in the IgG fraction of the antiserum, followed by fluorescein isothiocyanate conjugation.
- Host: Sheep
- Species: Human
- Target: Plasminogen, Plasmin
- Purity: IgG Fractionated
- Clonality: Polyclonal
Fractionated preparations may be especially useful in research where high affinity is necessary, especially in cases where the target antigen is less abundant. IgG Fractionated antiserum can also contain very high affinity antibodies that are sometimes missing from affinity purified preparations (since they can bind so tightly to the affinity matrix that they are not always eluted).
