Rat Platelet Derived Growth Factor Receptor Alpha Sandwich ELISA Kit from Innovative Research is intended for the quantitative determination of Rat Platelet Derived Growth Factor Receptor Alpha in biofluid samples, such as tissue homogenates, cell lysates and other biological fluids. This is a sandwich Sandwich ELISA in strip well format with reagents for up to 96 tests . PDGFRa present in samples reacts with an anti-Rat PDGFRa capture antibody coated and dried on a microtiter plate. After appropriate washing steps, an anti-PDGFRa detection antibody conjugated to biotin binds to the captured analyte. Excess antibody is washed away and bound antibody is then reacted with avidin conjugated to horseradish peroxidase. TMB substrate is used for color development at 450nm. Color development is directly proportional to the concentration of active PDGFRa in the samples. A standard calibration curve is prepared along with the samples to be measured using dilutions of Rat PDGFRa. Detection Target: Rat Platelet Derived Growth Factor Receptor Alpha Reactivity: Rat Range: 0.156-10ng/mL Sensitivity: 0.054ng/mL Storage Conditions: Store all components at 4┬░C This Rat PDGFRa activity assay is for the quantitative determination of Platelet Derived Growth Factor Receptor Alpha in samples including tissue homogenates, cell lysates and other biological fluids. For research use only. Strip well format. Reagents for up to 96 tests. For research use only. At Innovative Research, we provide reliable, consistent products that deliver reliable, consistent results.
