This is a frozen liquid buffered in 20 mM Tris-HCl/ 0.7 M NaCl/ pH 7.4,. Complete activation observed by SDS-PAGE analysis. Factor Xa, with cofactor Va, forms the prothrombinase complex (which helps to catalyze the conversion of prothrombin to thrombin).
