Rabbit Oxidized Low Density Lipoprotein Sandwich ELISA Kit from Innovative Research is intended for the quantitative determination of Rabbit Oxidized Low Density Lipoprotein in biofluid samples, such as serum, plasma and other biological fluids. This is a sandwich Sandwich ELISA in strip well format with reagents for up to 96 tests . OxLDL present in samples reacts with an anti-Rabbit OxLDL capture antibody coated and dried on a microtiter plate. After appropriate washing steps, an anti-OxLDL detection antibody conjugated to biotin binds to the captured analyte. Excess antibody is washed away and bound antibody is then reacted with avidin conjugated to horseradish peroxidase. TMB substrate is used for color development at 450nm. Color development is directly proportional to the concentration of active OxLDL in the samples. A standard calibration curve is prepared along with the samples to be measured using dilutions of Rabbit OxLDL.
