Mouse tPA Recombinant Biotin Labeled from Innovative Research has been recombinantly produced in insect cells and purified using affinity chromatography then labeled at primary amines with biotin. This is a frozen liquid buffered in 0.4M HEPES; 0.1M NaCl; pH 7.4, with a concentration of 2.0 mg/ml and a purity of >95%.

This product is useful as a positive control for ELISA and western blot and for a variety of in vitro applications including cell differentiation, cell signaling, clotting assays, fibrinolysis, plasminogen activation, protein-protein interactions, receptor binding, thromboelastography, and thrombolysis.
