Mouse Prekallikrein Genetically Deficient Plasma from Innovative Research is prepared from a Prekallikrein knockout mouse. This Prekallikrein Knockout was created by targeted disruption of the KLKB1 gene. Mutations were then confirmed using PCR genotyping and Sanger sequencing. Processed with Na Citrate as the anticoagulant.
