Mouse IgG Affinity Purified from Innovative Research has been purified from normal Mouse Serum using Protein A affinity chromatography. This is a frozen liquid buffered in 0.02M Sodium Phosphate; 0.15M NaCl; pH 7.4, with a concentration of 10.0 mg/ml and a purity of >95%.
This product is useful for ELISA, Western Blot, and as an isotype control.
