This is a Lyophilized protein buffered in Lyophilized from a 0.2 um filtered solution of 20mM HEPES, 150mM NaCl, pH7.4. It is not recommended to reconstitute to a concentration less than 100UG/ml. T cells, lymphohematopoietic stromal cells, and granulated metrial gland cells express granzyme D, but the function of granzyme D is unknown. Previous studies reported that granzyme D is developmentally regulated during pregnancy together with granzymes E, F, and G in granulated metrial gland cells and is upregulated by IL-2 and IL-15.
