Mouse Factor XII Genetically Deficient Plasma from Innovative Research is prepared from a Factor XII knockout mouse. This Factor XII Knockout was created by targeted disruption of the F12 gene. Mutations were then confirmed using PCR genotyping and Sanger sequencing. Processed with Na Citrate as the anticoagulant.
