Mouse Factor XII Genetically Deficient Kidney Lyophilized from Innovative Research is prepared from a Factor XII knockout mouse. This Factor XII Knockout was created by targeted disruption of the F12 gene. Mutations were then confirmed using PCR genotyping and Sanger sequencing. Organ is flash-frozen immediately upon removal, then lyophilized.
