Mouse D Site Of Albumin Promoter Binding Protein Sandwich ELISA Kit from Innovative Research is intended for the quantitative determination of Mouse D Site Of Albumin Promoter Binding Protein in biofluid samples, such as tissue homogenates and other biological fluids. This is a sandwich Sandwich ELISA in strip well format with reagents for up to 96 tests . DABP present in samples reacts with an anti-Mouse DABP capture antibody coated and dried on a microtiter plate. After appropriate washing steps, an anti-DABP detection antibody conjugated to biotin binds to the captured analyte. Excess antibody is washed away and bound antibody is then reacted with avidin conjugated to horseradish peroxidase. TMB substrate is used for color development at 450nm. Color development is directly proportional to the concentration of active DABP in the samples. A standard calibration curve is prepared along with the samples to be measured using dilutions of Mouse DABP.
