This product cross reacts with rabbit and mouse LRP. It stimulates cellular-mediated uptake of alpha 2 macroglobulin trypsin complex by LRP1. As a positive control, WI-38 fibroblast may be used. and human umbilical vein endothelial cells (HUVEC) may be used as a negative control. This is an IgG2b kappa class.
