This Mouse Ectonucleoside Triphosphate Diphosphohydrolase 1 (CD39) Sandwich ELISA Kit from Innovative Research is intended for quantitative detection of mouse CD39 in cell culture supernates, serum and plasma (heparin, EDTA, citrate). Strip well format. Reagents for up to 96 tests.

This mouse CD39/ENTPD1 Sandwich ELISA Kit is based on standard sandwich enzyme-linked immune-sorbent assay technology. A monoclonal antibody from rat specific for CD39/ENTPD1 has been precoated onto 96-well plates. Standards(Expression system for standard: NSO, Immunogen sequence: T38-I478) and test samples are added to the wells, a biotinylated detection polyclonal antibody from goat specific for CD39/ENTPD1 is added subsequently and then followed by washing with PBS or TBS buffer. Avidin-Biotin-Peroxidase Complex is added and unbound conjugates are washed away with PBS or TBS buffer. HRP substrate TMB are used to visualize HRP enzymatic reaction. TMB is catalyzed by HRP to produce a blue color product that changed into yellow after adding acidic stop solution. The density of yellow is proportional to the mouse CD39/ENTPD1 amount of sample captured in plate.

Additional Information:

The capture antibody is a monoclonal antibody from rat, the detection antibody is a biotinylated polyclonal antibody from goat. Expression system for standard: Ectonucleoside triphosphate diphosphohydrolase-1 (gene: ENTPD1; protein: NTPDase1) also known as CD39 (Cluster of Differentiation 39), is a typical cell surface-located enzymes with an extracellularly facing catalytic site. This gene is mapped to 19 C3; 19 34.25 cM. NTPDase1 is an ectonucleotidase that catalyse the hydrolysis of ?- and ?-phosphate residues of triphospho- and diphosphonucleosides to the monophosphonucleoside derivative. For example, NTPDase1 hydrolyzes P2 receptor ligands, namely ATP, ADP, UTP and UDP with similar efficacy. NTPDase1 can therefore affect P2 receptor activation and functions.; Immunogen sequence: 369
