Mouse Chemokine Ligand 28 (CCL28) ELISA Kit
IMSCCL28KTThis Mouse Chemokine Ligand 28 (CCL28) ELISA Kit from Innovative Research is intended for quantitative detection of mouse CCL28 in cell culture supernates, cell lysates, serum and plasma (heparin, EDTA). Strip well format. Reagents for up to 96 tests.
This mouse CCL28 ELISA Kit was based on standard sandwich enzyme-linked immune-sorbent assay technology. A monoclonal antibody from rat specific for CCL28 has been precoated onto 96-well plates. Standards(E.coli, I23-R130) and test samples are added to the wells, a biotinylated detection polyclonal antibody from goat specific for CCL28 is added subsequently and then followed by washing with PBS or TBS buffer. Avidin-Biotin-Peroxidase Complex was added and unbound conjugates were washed away with PBS or TBS buffer. HRP substrate TMB was used to visualize HRP enzymatic reaction. TMB was catalyzed by HRP to produce a blue color product that changed into yellow after adding acidic stop solution. The density of yellow is proportional to the mouse CCL28 amount of sample captured in plate.

Additional Information: The capture antibody is a monoclonal antibody from rat, the detection antibody is a biotinylated polyclonal antibody from goat. Expression system for standard: CCL28, also known as mucosae-associated epithelial chemokine(MEC), CCK1 and SCYA28, is a chemokine. It is mapped to 5p12. The tumor hypoxia promotes the recruitment of regulatory T(Treg) cells through induction of expression of the chemokine CCL28, which in turn promotes tumor tolerance and angiogenesis. CCL28 regulates the chemotaxis of cells that express the chemokine receptors CCR3 and CCR10. CCL28 has also been implicated in the migration of IgA-expressing cells to the mammary gland, salivary gland, intestine and other mucosal tissues. It has also been shown as a potential antimicrobial agent effective against certain pathogens, such as Gram negative and Gram positive bacteria and the fungus Candida albicans.; Immunogen sequence: 369
