Human Tumor Necrosis Factor Receptor Superfamily Member 7 (CD27) ELISA Kit
IHUCD27KTThis Human Tumor Necrosis Factor Receptor Superfamily Member 7 (CD27) ELISA Kit from Innovative Research is intended for quantitative detection of human TNFRSF7 in cell culture supernates and serum. Strip well format. Reagents for up to 96 tests.
This human TNFRSF7 ELISA Kit was based on standard sandwich enzyme-linked immune-sorbent assay technology. A monoclonal antibody from mouse specific for TNFRSF7 has been precoated onto 96-well plates. Standards(NSO, T21-I192) and test samples are added to the wells, a biotinylated detection polyclonal antibody from goat specific for TNFRSF7 is added subsequently and then followed by washing with PBS or TBS buffer. Avidin-Biotin-Peroxidase Complex was added and unbound conjugates were washed away with PBS or TBS buffer. HRP substrate TMB was used to visualize HRP enzymatic reaction. TMB was catalyzed by HRP to produce a blue color product that changed into yellow after adding acidic stop solution. The density of yellow is proportional to the human TNFRSF7 amount of sample captured in plate.

Additional Information: The capture antibody is a monoclonal antibody from mouse, the detection antibody is a biotinylated polyclonal antibody from goat. Expression system for standard: CD27 antigen, also called CD27 or TNFRSF7 is a tumor necrosis factor receptor. This gene is mapped to 12p13.31. The protein encoded by this gene is a member of the TNF-receptor superfamily. This receptor is required for generation and long-term maintenance of T cell immunity. It binds to ligand CD70, and plays a key role in regulating B-cell activation and immunoglobulin synthesis. This receptor transduces signals that lead to the activation of NF-kappaB and MAPK8/JNK. Adaptor proteins TRAF2 and TRAF5 have been shown to mediate the signaling process of this receptor. CD27-binding protein(SIVA), a proapoptotic protein, can bind to this receptor and is thought to play an important role in the apoptosis induced by this receptor.; Immunogen sequence: 369
