This Human Interleukin-17 Receptor D (IL-17Rd) ELISA Kit from Innovative Research is intended for quantitative detection of human IL-17RD in cell culture supernates, serum and plasma (heparin, EDTA, citrate). Strip well format. Reagents for up to 96 tests.

This human IL-17RD ELISA Kit is based on standard sandwich enzyme-linked immune-sorbent assay technology. A monoclonal antibody from mouse specific for IL-17RD has been precoated onto 96-well plates. Standards(Expression system for standard: NSO, Immunogen sequence: S55-P229) and test samples are added to the wells, a biotinylated detection polyclonal antibody from goat specific for IL-17RD is added subsequently and then followed by washing with PBS or TBS buffer. Avidin-Biotin-Peroxidase Complex is added and unbound conjugates are washed away with PBS or TBS buffer. HRP substrate TMB are used to visualize HRP enzymatic reaction. TMB is catalyzed by HRP to produce a blue color product that changed into yellow after adding acidic stop solution. The density of yellow is proportional to the human IL-17RD amount of sample captured in plate.

Additional Information: The capture antibody is a monoclonal antibody from mouse, the detection antibody is a biotinylated polyclonal antibody from goat. Expression system for standard: Interleukin 17 receptor D is a protein that in humans is encoded by the IL17RD gene. It is mapped to 3p14.3. This gene encodes a membrane protein belonging to the interleukin-17 receptor (IL-17R) protein family. The encoded protein is a component of the interleukin-17 receptor signaling complex, and the interaction between this protein and IL-17R does not require the interleukin. The gene product also affects fibroblast growth factor signaling, inhibiting or stimulating growth through MAPK/ERK signaling. Alternate splicing generates multiple transcript variants encoding distinct isoforms.; Immunogen sequence: 369
