Rabbit Anti Bovine IgG Polyclonal Affinity Purified from Innovative Research is a polyclonal antibody in Liquid format, buffered in Phospate buffered saline, pH 7.2 with 0.1% sodium azide. Rabbits were immunized with normal bovine IgG. After multiple immunizations in Freund’s adjuvant the rabbits were bled and serum collected. The resulting anti-IgG was immunoaffinity purified off an antigen containing immunoabsorbant.

This antiserum forms a precipitin band against IgG in normal bovine serum by immunoelectrophoresis. It forms a band against IgG1 and IgG2 as well as Fab and Fc fragments. It also reacts with IgM and IgA do to the presence of common light chains. This product is suitable for all ELISA and blotting applications.This product can be used for a wide range of research applications, including ELISA: Assay Dependent, IF: 10 - 2 ug/ml, IP: 2 ug/mg, Lateral Flow, WB: 0.5 - 0.05 ug/ml.
