Rabbit Anti 6X-Histidine Tag Polyclonal Affinity Purified HRP Labeled from Innovative Research is a polyclonal antibody in a Liquid format, buffered in 50 mM HEPES – Saline with Stabilizer, 0.002% Thimerosal. Rabbits were immunized with HHHHHH conjugated with KLH. After multiple immunizations in Freund’s adjuvant serum was collected. Antibodies were immunoaffinity purified using the peptide immobilized on a solid support. The affinity purified antibodies were conjugated with horseradish peroxidase (HRP).
