Goat Anti Mouse IgG3 Polyclonal Affinity Purified from Innovative Research is a polyclonal antibody in Liquid format, buffered in Phospate buffered saline, pH 7.2 with 0.1% sodium azide. Goats were immunized with highly purified Mouse IgG3 in Freund’s adjuvant. The resulting antiserum was sequentially absorbed with IgG1, IgG2A and IgG2B before the anti-IgG3 was immunoaffinity purified.

The anti-Mouse IgG3 only reacts with IgG3 by IEP and gel diffusion analysis when tested against each of the Mouse IgG subclasses at 1.0 mg/ml. By ELISA this product reacts specifically with Mouse IgG3.This product can be used for a wide range of research applications, including ELISA: 2 ug/ml, IP: 2 ug/mg, WB: 0.5 - 0.05 ug/ml.
