Goat Anti Mouse Complement Component 3 Polyclonal Affinity Purified FITC Labeled from Innovative Research is a polyclonal antibody in Liquid format, buffered in Phosphate buffered saline, pH 7.2 with 0.2% BSA with 0.1% sodium azide. Goats were immunized with highly purified mouse C3. The resulting antiserum was solid phase absorbed to make it C3 specific before being affinity purified off an antigen containing immunoabsorbant. The anti-Mouse C3 was then conjugated with FITC.
