Goat Anti Human IgM Polyclonal Affinity Purified from Innovative Research is a polyclonal antibody in Liquid format, buffered in Phospate buffered saline, pH 7.2 with 0.1% sodium azide. Goats were immunized with highly purified pooled normal IgM. After several immunizations with complete Freunds adjuvant the resulting antiserum was solid phase absorbed to make it mu chain specific. The resulting anti mu chain antibodies were immunoaffinity purified off an IgM immunoabsorbant.
