Goats were immunized with highly purified Human IgG-Fc fragment. After multiple immunizations in Freunds adjuvant serum was collected and solid phase absorbed to ensure class specificity. The resulting antiserum was immunoaffinity purified off an antigen containing immunoabsorbant.
