Goats were immunized with highly purified Human IgE. After multiple immunizations in Freund’s adjuvant serum was collected and solid phase absorbed to ensure class (Epsilon) specificity. The antibodies were immunoaffinity isolated and conjugated with horseradish peroxidase (HRP).
