Goat Anti Human IgE Polyclonal Affinity Purified Biotin Labeled from Innovative Research is a polyclonal antibody in Liquid format, buffered in Phospate buffered saline, pH 7.2 with 0.1% sodium azide. Goats were immunized with purified Human IgE. After multiple immunizations in Freund’s adjuvant the goats were bled, serum collected and the antiserum solid-phase absorbed to ensure class specificity. The antibodies were immunoaffinity purified and conjugated with biotin.
