Goat Anti Human IgE Polyclonal Affinity Purified from Innovative Research is a polyclonal antibody in Liquid format, buffered in Phospate buffered saline, pH 7.2 with 0.1% sodium azide. Goats were immunized with a mixture of several highly purified human IgE myeloma proteins in Freund’s adjuvant. Serum was collected and passed through several non-IgE containing immunoaffinity supports to make the preparation epsilon chain specific. The anti epsilon was immunoaffinity purified off an immunoabsorbant containing a different IgE than was used for immunization thus minimizing idiotypic influences.
