Goat Anti Canine C-Reactive Protein Polyclonal Affinity Purified from Innovative Research is a polyclonal antibody in Liquid format, buffered in Phospate buffered saline, pH 7.2 with 0.1% sodium azide. Goats were immunized with highly purified dog CRP isolated from the serum of dogs with abnormally high CRP. The resulting antiserum was solid phase absorbed with dog serum lacking CRP until it gave a single band with serum containing the acute phase protein. The specific anti CRP was immunoaffinity purified off a dog CRP IA.
