Chickens were immunized with purified Cotton rat IgG in Freund’s adjuvant. Hyperimmune eggs were collected and an IgY fraction was prepared. The resulting anti-IgG was immunoaffinity purified and conjugated with horseradish peroxidase (HRP).

The antibody reacts with all classes of Cotton Rat immunoglobulins. By IEP, gel diffusion and ELISA. It also reacts with gerbil, rat and hamster IgG. Optimal conjugate working dilutions should be determined for your particular assay conditions.This product can be used for a wide range of research applications, including ELISA: 0.1 - 0.01 ug/ml, IHC: 5.0 - 1.0 ug/ml, WB: 0.5 - 0.05ug/ml.
