Rat Fibrinogen Purified from Innovative Research has been purified from rat plasma by a propritetary process that combines multiple conventional chromatographic methods. This is a Frozen liquid buffered in 0.02M Sodium Citrate-HCl; pH 7.4 with a concentration of 10 mg/ml and a purity of >95% as determined by SDS-PAGE.

Amino terminal labeled with fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC). Plasminogen depleted by lysine affinity chromatography. Thaw in a 37C water bath without agitation until completely liquid, then gently mix before use. Keep fibrinogen at 25-37C, aliquot and flash freeze unused portion.
