Human PAI-1 Recombinant Stable Mutant N Terminal Mutation Substrate from Innovative Research has been recombinantly produced in E. coli and purified by affinity chromatography. This is a Frozen liquid buffered in 0.05M Sodium Phosphate; 0.1M NaCl; 1mM EDTA; 1mM DTT; pH 6.6 with a concentration of 2.5 mg/ml and a purity of >95% as determined by SDS-PAGE.

N-terminal cystein mutation along with four stabilization mutations. Single subsitution at P14 (in the reactive center loop) produces PAI-1 that functions as a subtrate for proteases rather than as an inhibitor. Supplied in buffer with ImM DTT to prevent dimerization.
