Human PAI-1 Recombinant Stable Mutant LRP Binding Negative from Innovative Research has been recombinantly produced in E. coli and purified by affinity chromatography. This is a Frozen liquid buffered in 0.05M Sodium Phosphate; 0.1M NaCl; 1mM EDTA; 1mM DTT; pH 6.6 with a concentration of 2.5 mg/ml and a purity of >95% as determined by SDS-PAGE.
