Human IgE Affinity Purified from Innovative Research has been purified from human plasma by affinity chromatography. This is a Frozen liquid buffered in 0.1M Tris-HCl; 0.2M NaCl; 0.05% Azide; pH 7.5 with a concentration of 1.0 mg/ml and a purity of >95% as determined by SDS-PAGE.
