Bovine Anhydrotrypsin Purified Immobilized from Innovative Research has been purified from bovine pancreas by a proprietary technique, then immobilized to an agarose support resin. This is a Resin buffered in 0.15M NaCl; 0.02% Sodium Azide; pH 4.0 with a concentration of 1.0 mg/ml coupled and a purity of >95% as determined by SDS-PAGE.
- Species: Bovine
- Target: Anhydrotrypsin
- Purification Method: Affinity purified
- Purity: >95% as determined by SDS-PAGE Analysis
- Source: Bovine pancreas
- Storage Conditions: -70 C
Immobilized anhydrotrypsin from Innovative Research will, under weak acidic conditions, selectively adsorb peptides with Arg, Lys, or AECys (S-aminoethyl cysteine) residues at the C-terminus. Strongly acidic conditions elute the bound peptides. Peptides that have these amino acids at the N-terminus or internally will not be bound (nor will free amino acids). Serine protease inhibitors like ecotin and PAI-1 can be purified using this resin. This resin can be used repeatedly.
This product can be used For a wide range of in-vitro applications like affinity purification, inhibition, receptor binding, and more. At Innovative Research, we provide reliable, consistent products that deliver reliable, consistent results.
