Human Urokinase (uPA) Purified High Molecular Weight FITC Labeled from Innovative Research has been purified from Human Urine using a combination of conventional and affinity chromatography then labeled at primary amines with fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC). This is a frozen liquid buffered in 0.05M Sodium Acetate; 0.1M NaCl; 1mM EDTA; pH 5.0, with a concentration of 2.5 mg/ml and a purity of >95%.
This product is useful as a positive control for ELISA and western blot and for a variety of in vitro applications including cell differentiation, cell signaling, clotting assays, fibrinolysis, plasminogen activation, protein-protein interactions, receptor binding, thromboelastography, and thrombolysis. Active two-chain high molecular weight human urokinase.
