Key facts

Human Sulfotransferase 1C2 Recombinant Protein N-6 His Tag from Innovative Research has been recombinantly produced in E. coli. This is a Liquid protein buffered in Supplied as a 0.2 um filtered solution of 20mM Tris, 0.1M NaCl, pH 8.5. It is not recommended to reconstitute to a concentration less than 100UG/ml. with a purity of Greater than 95% as determined by reducing SDS-PAGE.Endotoxin level less than 0.1 ng/ug (1 IEU/ug) as determined by LAL test..More Details: Species: Human Target: SULT1C2 Purity: Greater than 95% as determined by reducing SDS-PAGE.Endotoxin level less than 0.1 ng/ug (1 IEU/ug) as determined by LAL test. Source: E. coli Storage Conditions: Store at -20░C, stable for 6 months after receipt. Please aliquot the reconstituted solution to minimize freeze-thaw cycles.

    Additional Information:

Sulfotransferase 1C2 (SULT1C2) is a cytosolic enzyme member of the Sulfotransferase 1 family. Human SULT1C2 is primarily expressed in the adult stomach, kidney and thyroid gland, and in the fetal kidney and liver. SULT1C2 catalyzes the sulfate conjugation of drugs, xenobiotic compounds, hormones, and neurotransmitters. SULT1C2 may be involved in the activation of carcinogenic hyroxylamines. It shows activity towards p-nitrophenol and N-hydroxy-2-acetylamino-fluorene (N-OH-2AAF).This recombinant protein can be used for biological assays. For research use only. . At Innovative Research we provide reliable, consistent products that deliver reliable, consistent results.
