Human PAI-1 tPA Complex Purified from Innovative Research has been produced in E. coli (PAI-1), CHO cells (tPA) and purified by affinity chromatography. This is a Frozen liquid that has been buffered in 0.4M HEPES; 0.1M NaCl; pH 7.4 and a purity of >95% as determined by SDS-PAGE.

Additional Information:
Human PAI-1 stable mutant is reacted with an excess of human sc-tPA at physiological pH. The resulting 1:1 molar complex is purified from the remaining tPA by cobalt metal affinity chromatography resin.
This product can be used as a control in applications like ELISA and Western Blot. It can be used for a wide range of in vitro applications, including fibrinolysis, hypertension studies, inhibition, plasminogen activation, protein-protein interactions, receptor binding, and more.
