Human Microtubule Associated Protein 1 Light Chain 3 Beta Sandwich ELISA Kit from Innovative Research is intended for the quantitative determination of Human Microtubule Associated Protein 1 Light Chain 3 Beta in biofluid samples, such as serum, plasma, tissue homogenates and other biological fluids. This is a sandwich Sandwich ELISA in strip well format with reagents for up to 96 tests . MAP1LC3B present in samples reacts with an anti-Human MAP1LC3B capture antibody coated and dried on a microtiter plate. After appropriate washing steps, an anti-MAP1LC3B detection antibody conjugated to biotin binds to the captured analyte. Excess antibody is washed away and bound antibody is then reacted with avidin conjugated to horseradish peroxidase. TMB substrate is used for color development at 450nm. Color development is directly proportional to the concentration of active MAP1LC3B in the samples. A standard calibration curve is prepared along with the samples to be measured using dilutions of Human MAP1LC3B. Detection Target: Human Microtubule Associated Protein 1 Light Chain 3 Beta Reactivity: Human Range: 0.156-10ng/mL Sensitivity: 0.068ng/mL Storage Conditions: Store all components at 4┬░C This Human MAP1LC3B activity assay is for the quantitative determination of Microtubule Associated Protein 1 Light Chain 3 Beta in samples including serum, plasma, tissue homogenates and other biological fluids. For research use only. Strip well format. Reagents for up to 96 tests. For research use only. At Innovative Research, we provide reliable, consistent products that deliver reliable, consistent results.
