Human Lymphocyte Function Associated Antigen 1 Alpha Sandwich ELISA Kit from Innovative Research is intended for the quantitative determination of Human Lymphocyte Function Associated Antigen 1 Alpha in biofluid samples, such as tissue homogenates, cell lysates and other biological fluids. This is a sandwich Sandwich ELISA in strip well format with reagents for up to 96 tests . LFA1a present in samples reacts with an anti-Human LFA1a capture antibody coated and dried on a microtiter plate. After appropriate washing steps, an anti-LFA1a detection antibody conjugated to biotin binds to the captured analyte. Excess antibody is washed away and bound antibody is then reacted with avidin conjugated to horseradish peroxidase. TMB substrate is used for color development at 450nm. Color development is directly proportional to the concentration of active LFA1a in the samples. A standard calibration curve is prepared along with the samples to be measured using dilutions of Human LFA1a. Detection Target: Human Lymphocyte Function Associated Antigen 1 Alpha Reactivity: Human Range: 0.156-10ng/mL Sensitivity: 0.055ng/mL Storage Conditions: Store all components at 4┬░C This Human LFA1a activity assay is for the quantitative determination of Lymphocyte Function Associated Antigen 1 Alpha in samples including tissue homogenates, cell lysates and other biological fluids. For research use only. Strip well format. Reagents for up to 96 tests. For research use only. At Innovative Research, we provide reliable, consistent products that deliver reliable, consistent results.
