Human Factor Xa Purified Active Site Biotin Labeled from Innovative Research has been purified from Human Plasma using a combination of conventional and affinity chromatography then active site labeled by incubation with Biotin-Glu-Gly-Arg-CMK. This is a frozen liquid buffered in 0.02M MES; 0.15M NaCl; 0.1mM EDTA; pH 6.0, with a purity of >95%.
This product is useful as a positive control for ELISA and western blot and for a variety of in vitro applications including cell signaling, clotting assays, fibrinolysis, hemostasis studies, protein-protein interactions, and receptor binding. Inactivated by active site labeling.
