Human Factor Beta IXa Inactivated Purified from Innovative Research has been activated from Human Factor IX using Bovine Factor XIa, then purified to remove the activator. Complete activation was observed by SDS-PAGE analysis. The Factor IXa-beta was then inactivated using chloromethylketone, which was removed by dialysis after inactivation.
