This product is useful as a positive control for ELISA and western blot and for a variety of in vitro applications including cell binding, cell differentiation, cell signaling, protein-protein interactions, and receptor binding. Recombinant human XCL2 from Innovative Research is provided as a native untagged protein. XCR1 activity verified by intracellular calcium flux using HEK 293 cells.
