Human Chemokine CXCL11 Purified Lyophilized from Innovative Research has been recombinantly produced in E. coli and purified using chromatography then processed, refolded and purified to yield the native, secreted form of the mature chemokine. This is a salt free lyophilized powder with a purity of >98% as determined by SDS-PAGE, HPLC, MALDI-MS and NMR analysis.
This product is useful as a positive control for ELISA and western blot and for a variety of in vitro applications including cell binding, cell differentiation, cell signaling, protein-protein interactions, and receptor binding. Recombinant human CXCL11 from Innovative Research is provided as a native untagged protein. CXCR3 activity verified by intracellular calcium flux using commercially available CXCR3 expressing cells. Add deionized water to desired volume, aliquot and freeze unused portion.
