Human Cathelicidin Antimicrobial Peptide Sandwich ELISA Kit from Innovative Research is intended for the quantitative determination of Human Cathelicidin Antimicrobial Peptide in biofluid samples, such as serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, cell lysates, cell culture supernatants and other biological fluids. This is a sandwich Sandwich ELISA in strip well format with reagents for up to 96 tests . CAMP present in samples reacts with an anti-Human CAMP capture antibody coated and dried on a microtiter plate. After appropriate washing steps, an anti-CAMP detection antibody conjugated to biotin binds to the captured analyte. Excess antibody is washed away and bound antibody is then reacted with avidin conjugated to horseradish peroxidase. TMB substrate is used for color development at 450nm. Color development is directly proportional to the concentration of active CAMP in the samples. A standard calibration curve is prepared along with the samples to be measured using dilutions of Human CAMP. Detection Target: Human Cathelicidin Antimicrobial Peptide Reactivity: Human Range: 0.156-10ng/mL Sensitivity: 0.062ng/mL Storage Conditions: Store all components at 4┬░C This Human CAMP activity assay is for the quantitative determination of Cathelicidin Antimicrobial Peptide in samples including serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, cell lysates, cell culture supernatants and other biological fluids. For research use only. Strip well format. Reagents for up to 96 tests. For research use only. At Innovative Research, we provide reliable, consistent products that deliver reliable, consistent results.
