Human Basic Fibroblast Growth Factor Chemiluminescent Immunoassay Kit from Innovative Research is a highly sensitive Chemiluminescent Immunoassay for meauring Basic Fibroblast Growth Factor in biofluid samples, such as serum, plasma and other biological fluids. Reagents for up to 96 tests. This assay recognizes Human bFGF/FGF2 in samples. No significant cross-reactivity or interference between Human bFGF/FGF2 and analogues was observed. Innovative Research's Basic Fibroblast Growth Factor Chemiluminescent Immunoassay kit uses the Sandwich-Chemiluminescent Immunoassay principle. The micro Chemiluminescent Immunoassay plate provided in this kit has been pre-coated with an antibody specific to Human bFGF/FGF2. Standards or samples are added to the micro Chemiluminescent Immunoassay plate wells and combined with the specific antibody. Then a biotinylated detection antibody specific for Human bFGF/FGF2 and Avidin-Horseradish Peroxidase(HRP) conjugate are added successively to each micro plate well and incubated. Free components are washed away. The substrate solution is added to each well. Only those wells that contain Human bFGF/FGF2, biotinylated detection antibody and Avidin-HRP conjugate will appear fluorescence. The Relative light unit(RLU) value is measured by the Chemiluminescence immunoassay analyzer. The RLU value is positively associated with the concentration of Human bFGF/FGF2. You can calculate the concentration of Human bFGF/FGF2 in the samples by comparing the RLU value of the samples to the standard curve.
