DMEM/F12 Without Phenol Red is a Classic Basic Medium from Innovative Research. DMEM/F12 medium is a widely used for culturing a variety of mammalian cells, containing abundant nutrients from DMEM and F12 medium, containing a variety of trace elements. It is suitable for low serum content and clonal density culture, and can be used as a basis for the development of serum-free media. This product does not contain proteins, lipids or any growth factors, and therefore needs to be used with serum or serum-free additives.
