IBOTRYTPCK100MGBovine Trypsin TPCK Treated Purified Irradiated Lyophilized from Innovative Research has been chromatographically purified and treated with L-(tosylamide-2-phenyl) ethyl chloromethyl ketone (TPCK) to inhibit contaminating chymotryptic activity according to (Kostka and Carpenter, J. Biol. Chem. 239, 1799, 1964),The TPCK-treated Trypsin is lyophilized This is a lyophilized powder with a concentration of 180 units/mg protein (10,350 BAEE/USP 3,450/NF units/mg protein).
This product cleaves amide and ester bonds of Arg and Lys. Please note: all lots of Trypsin products are subjected to a pH of less than 3.0 for greater than five (5) hours during processing. Each vial is filled to contain 100 mg. Protect from moisture.
