Bovine Factor Xa Purified
IBOFXA1MGBovine Factor Xa Purified from Innovative Research has been produced from Bovine Factor X by activation with Russell's Viper Venom that is then removed after activation. This is a frozen liquid buffered in 20 mM Tris-HCl/ 0.7 M NaCl/ pH 7.4, with a concentration of 1mg/ml and a purity of greater than or equal to 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE analysis.
Factor Xa, with cofactor Va, forms the prothrombinase complex (which helps to catalyze the conversion of prothrombin to thrombin).

- Source: Bovine Plasma freshly collected from US Origin animals less than or equal to 3 years of age.
- Purification: Prepared from Bovine Factor X by activation with X Activator-RVV (the RVV-X is then removed after activation)
- Purity: > 95% by SDS-PAGE
