This product is useful cleaving peptide bonds on the COOH-terminal side of either aspartic or glutamic acids At temperatures greater than 40°C, autolysis occurs . The enzyme is fully active in USP 0.2% SDS. Supplied in vials containing 10 µg or 50 µg lyophilized powder for protein sequencing applications.
