When assayed in optimal conditions for the coenzyme, the documented ratio of catalytic activity is NAD/NADP = 1.8. This is a lyophilized powder with a concentration of 200 NADP/mg protein.
Contanminant activities include Phosphohexose isomerase (? 0.02%) , protein phosphogluconate dehydrogenase(0.003%), adenylate kinase (0.002%) and creatine phosphokinase (0.002%).
