Bacteria-Derived Glucose-6-Phosphate Dehydrogenase PurifiedIBCTG6PDH1KU
Bacteria-Derived Glucose-6-Phosphate Dehydrogenase Purified lyophilized from Innovative Research is useful as it exhibits dual coenzyme specificity, namely NAD and NADP (Olive and Levy, Biochem., 6, 730 730, 1967). When assayed in optimal conditions for the coenzyme, the documented ratio of catalytic activity is NAD/NADP = 1.8. This is a lyophilized powder with a concentration of 200 NADP/mg protein.
Contanminant activities include Phosphohexose isomerase (? 0.02%) , protein phosphogluconate dehydrogenase(0.003%), adenylate kinase (0.002%) and creatine phosphokinase (0.002%).
